We also welcome special guest CSM Todd Sims, US Forces Command (FORSCOM) Command Sergeant Major (CSM), and SGM Robert Haynie, the Army Talent Management Task Force (ATMTF) SGM. to share their thoughts on how these enlisted initiatives will change the Army for the better over time. Topics include introduction of the 1SG Talent Alignment Assessment (1TAA), to the full scaling of Sergeants Majors Assessment Program (SMAP) to take place this fall with BDE CSMs.
