As a reminder, Detachment 201 is in evaluation phase for the pilot program, and our first cohort completes the direct commission course in mid-August. We are continually assessing this pilot's impact to inform how we proceed and scale, but it is too early to report progress. As such, we do not anticipate accepting additional applications until a comprehensive assessment of the program’s effectiveness has been completed. This period of review is essential to ensuring the long-term success and sustainability of Detachment 201.
