TALENT MANAGEMENT – THE MODEL
The human capital model to the left (this sample deals with the Officer Corps) provides the overarching framework for all Army talent management. Any workforce must be acquired, developed, retained, employed, and continuously assessed. Workforce planning and sustainment must also be integrated into these efforts. While the Army’s civilian workforce is less hampered by lateral entry challenges, this model generalizes to them as well.
